Beautiful property, the staff was great and handled any issues promptly. Wonderful stay!

The service was amazing, rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful! Breakfast is amazing, pool is beautiful, location is safe, and walkable to downtown area! I would highly recommend the Warwick! We had our kiddos, met our extended family there and everyone was helpful!

the hotel and room was beautiful but some things were lacking. No booklet of information of what was available at the hotel or activities outside of hotel. Room could have had a lounge chair. No place to sit comfortably. Only 1 small piece of soap in bathroom and limited towels even though I requested more. I needed to have instructions on how to use the TV. Not all of us are technical savy.

The staff was exceptional! We had issues trying to order food, the phone just rang and rang. We also had to run both the sink and shower for 10 mins before the water was hot.

It was refreshing to have staff that was kind and welcoming.

Beautiful property, easy to walk to about anything! Continental breakfast was really good and everyone was very nice from the front desk to the maintenance staff.

Gattara- their attached restaurant is wonderful! Happy hour offered wonderful food items and drinks. The elevators were always prompt. Their valet parking was very convenient. No matter how tempting it seems to use the self park garage right next door DO NOT DO IT! It was a nightmare! Easy to drive into but not easy to walk out of- you end up on the side of the bldg in kind of an alley with large rocks to walk and drag your suitcase thru to get to the sidewalk next to the hotel. It’s even more confusing to try to get back inside to retrieve your car. After that experience valet parking didn’t seem that expensive. The pool was disappointing. It is small and half of it is only 2’ deep and the rest just 4.2’. Therefore the water was HOT! Not refreshing at all. However if you want to use the loungers and sunbath it was nice and unlike the info given at check-in there is a small bar available every day not just the week-end offering food and drinks. I was disappointed in their lack of recycling, especially in Colorado! No bins in rooms or even in the lobby. But overall I enjoyed my stay and loved the area.

The staff were extremely helpful, the Continental breakfast was far above average and delicious. I would 1000% stay here again!

The area of the property is great as downtown denver has alot to offer, the property itself not so great. Poor service while checking in, room phone didnt work so was unable to call for any help, matress didnt have a protector, the fridge was so full of expensive drinks that you barely had room to fit your things. Stay at your own risk.

I'VE stayed at this hotel a couple of times its been great everytime.... The parking garage is difficult to get into after hours.... you end up on the back side of the building and have to walk a ways to get to the pedestrian entrance... but i guess its better than parking on the street... Recommend this Hotel... for all your downtown activities

It was okay... and just that.. okay. On arrival, waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes, no one around in sight. How can you only have 1 person working the front desk on a Friday afternoon on a busy weekend. Front desk employees were friendly and helpful, but they need more staffing. The pictures online are very deceiving about the condition of the hotel, especially the room quality and pool condition. Pool and pool area is very rundown. Went up at 11 cause it said pool bar opened then, bartender showed at 1130 with ice and was talking on phone the whole time, then left. Around 1215, still no bartender so we left. The bed in the room was harder than the ground, felt like sleeping on cardboard. Had to ask for extra towels on 3rd day of stay from almost 4 employees before husband finally just went and found a housekeeper and they were hesitant to give them to us. Shower had hair in it and the bathroom was not very clean, not to mention the condition of the room is pretty run down. For what was charged per night they need to do some upgrading. The lobby is very nice which is also very deceiving about the condition of the rest of the hotel...

Overall this is a great hotel! The room (and hotel in general) is very clean, smells wonderful, and has a great personality. The staff were friendly at every encounter and the restaurant was delicious. Our only complaints were that the provided pillows were very small and lacking. You needed 3 of them to square to one normal sized pillow. Also, valet is $45 A NIGHT, but that information is published nowhere. It is also an open lot with only an arm bar to “secure” the vehicles. I recommend using the parking garage next door. 6 floors, completely gated, and has after hours security. $20 MAX for 24 hours. All-in-all a great stay!! We will definitely be back.

Convenient location

Great staff! Friendly & helpful - front desk, the bartender and the door staff. The maids were polite and helpful. The restaurant was very good with a nice selection.

Went to the Metallica shows we had a good time.
