Great location for families going to Universal Studios.The family suite was spacious and very clean. Minor issues with the water leaking but it wasnt so bad since management was aware. Overall great stay will stay again!

It's a dump, not much else I can say

Easy to book, checkout and check in

The room was spacious as advertised the condition left s little to be desired. The bathroom was very dated with yellow tile at sink and mismatched tile in shower where a leak was repaired

Dirty loud and gross

It’s an older motel with beautifully kept garden areas and a pool.

Alittle outdated but overall was a very nice stay.

The Staff specially Mr. Zee & the Janitors were welcoming ,supportive & guiding. Restrictive but very helpful amenities were provided. Overall a pleasant stay.

Clean room, convenient location

It’s in motel style but with a pool 😂. The property seems nice, but it’s ancient. The area is safe and has many dining options, but the traffic sounds can be loud.

This hotel is perfectly located, simple, clean and great for 1-2 night stay

I had reserved and paid for a room. When I got there their credit card reader wouldn't read my card. They don't have an option to insert the card or use RFID. I only had one card with me, so I had to go find a bank to get cash. This has never happened to me before. I use this card every day at every store I go to. I paid the $150 in cash. When I checked out they wouldn't give my deposit back. No discussion. They said they smelled cigarette smoke. Just wouldn't give it back. I assume the rude clerk at the desk just pocketed the cash.

It was ok. Very quiet. There were a few ants trying to get in. But overall a peaceful and well maintained environment.

The over all room was good. But the room's bathroom door had water damage to it. The bath room itself was very nice. Its just an older hotel. My biggest suggestion is to have the stairwell hand rails sand blasted of all old paint and to recoat them.

images on hotels.com are deceiving. this place looks like an old Motel in the middle of the desert. It’s an eyesore and out of place on the street. The building and decor is very old, the room is in much need of a renovation , the curtains do not close, so you are a totally visible to all looking. No blackout or privacy , sheer curtains are totally see through with a goldfish bowl feeling when the lights are on. Total disappointment for the money paid, don't waste your money.
