I ended up checking in and immediately checking out(room was booked 3 months in advance). There were stains on both beds/mattresses and some kind of bug by 1 bed(unsure if it was a bed bug, but looked like one).(I took pictures to show staff) I didn't feel safe because there were people walking around and I smelled drugs. When I checked out, the clerk promised to refund my money and said I'd have to call hotels.com to cancel, but they would call the manager of the hotel and he'd approve the refund. I was only refunded 1 night (I had booked 2) and told "this is the hotel's policy).
