Todo muy bien

The room was in terrible condition. I was surprised that it was in the shape it was in. I will never be staying here again. Overall, the staff were fine, and the room attendant was very friendly. The condition of the room was terrible, but at least it was clean.

*no coffee or coffee machine *their coffee booth closes at 9:30 pm and none available throughout the night must drive about 3 k to nearest 711 or oxxo market and streets look unsafe to walk after 7:00 pm * no refrigerator in the room * must go to front desk and ask for ice and it should be before 10:30 pm because restaurant servers clock out and nobody else available to assist * no iron in the room and it took them about 30 mts to bring on to the room * breakfast was grate but had to pay separate when I was under the impression that it was included on my stay * *They allowed a group of people to be drinking alcohol beverages and had quite a few bottles scattered around right in front of main entrance my spouse and I decided not to use nor recommend this hotel much apologies

You can hear everything in the rooms next to you a man talking all morning so annoying

We've stayed at real Inn many times but this was the first time that the loudness of the street traffic or work being done, did not let us sleep.

Place is nice for the price they definitely can use some renovations but staff was super nice and for the price you cant complain

Cama súper dura, nada cómoda. No salía nada de agua en la regadera, hasta se cortaba y dejaba de salir. Me quede llena de shampoo y con los ojos irritados El baño no estaba limpio.

This property is super outdated. Even though my bedding and towels were changed every day they where definitely not the premium bedding that they advertise on their website, the towels are like the kind that you go visit your grandma‘s house that are super worn out and never changed it and they have a nasty smell to them, including the beds. The mattress it’s super outdated that it’s the springy kind and it has a bunch of stains on it as well super hard like a rock. The pillows were hard as well outdated. Overall, sis, hotel definitely needs to be upgraded even though on the website it states that it has premium things, but in reality it doesn’t. It is in a good convenient location where the city is, but I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again.

I stayed at the hotel for two days. They had to change my room because the opening cards didn't work, the lock was in poor condition, the windows weren't sealed, and in the early morning, a train passed by very close by, honking its horn.
