Staff was very help and friendly. Room and bathroom was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

Property did not had the room i requested on the app and did not give us a refund! Plus room was dirty with hairs in the bed and it smell horrible!

Old hotel and not looked after

The room was good and the hotel was nice. But the bad part was when the first morning walking out someone mentioned there car was broke into outside the hotel. Than the next the car parked next to us had the rear window broken and our vehicle now has a huge dent in the back hatch as well. I do realize the hotel can’t control random people but this place may not be the safest for your vehicle. I will have a hard time staying here again especially now I have to pay an insurance deductible. Better luck to future patrons.

Floors not vacuumed super filthy under bed.and floor as we walked in

Our shower did not drain properly. After contacting the staff about the problem, they said they would send maintenance to fix the issue, however the issue was never fixed. In addition, we had a roach in our restroom walking through all our hygiene products. This was a very unpleasant experience.

Breakfast was sparse. I went the first day about 830, which was close to the end but there was nothing available. And it looked like nothing had been refilled in a while. The second day it was so overpacked I couldn’t get anything either. I didn’t even try the third morning.

Worst stay ever front desk clerk had an attitude like she pays me to stay. Breakfast was horrible nothing in the menu but water and coffe, worst place i have ever stay at, We will be contacting management for the money place is not worth it bette roff going else were never again will i stay at a comfort in place smell like trash and rooms were disgusting

The room is no properly cleaned. There was a dirty towel on the desk next to the bed. Carpet is old and has stains and rice on the edges and corners. Furniture and doors are old and definitely needs updating. Choices for breakfast were limited and nobody came to replenish food. So there was not much food left at 830am.

Aging hotel and shows it

After spending one night my wife and I started itching while driving home . Once we arrived home my wife had small bite marks. Pretty sure this place had bed bugs. I trusted hotels.com recommendation of this hotel.

This establishment is an older building. The pictures may look nice but in person it is run down. We were in town for a concert. We stayed in room 222. The room was spacious and we gave it the benefit of the doubt. The table wasn’t balance and had a folded up cardboard under one of the legs. There were handprints from the former tentante on the head bored still. Yuck! Then, we ordered pizza and saw a roach run across the table. Still, we thought maybe it was a moth. But then we were asleep I woke up to check on my child and saw a roach running across ours bed by my child! Find another place to stay. This hotel is disgusting.

We were there for NMSU graduation and it was easy to get to and from the Pan Am Center.

It was fine. Had to ask for a blow dryer and wifi instructions. Peephols covered with toilet paper. Nobody around for check out.
