Van from airport broke down, restaurant staff unfriendly and food greasy, parking lot demolished, bar hours inconsistent, staff listless.

Liked that there’s free parking for property that is basically downtown. Not the greatest though that it was across the street from the hotel at the college. View from the room was wonderful. Also it is perfect for going to events at Wells Fargo Arena.

Check-in was easy, property is definitely showing its age though. Being near the hospital some noise should obviously be expected but between that and the freeway just below there's plenty of outside noise even on the 7th floor facing east

It was okay. Overpriced for what the room was. Very crowded, and not updated at all. Bed creaked every time we sat down. Little holes and Knicks in the ceiling. Window wouldn’t close all the way and was very loud with traffic. Glad it was just a one night stay

Nice staff. Old rooms, old carpet & drapes etc....will not stay there again because it was too expensive for the quality. Ice machine on our floor didn't work.

Overall was clean and an easy/simple stay. The beds, however, are absolutely terrible. The springs or frame are uneven and you dip to one side, very uncomfortable and definitely need replaced. I won’t stay here again simply due to the beds. The bathroom is clean but small, and when you shower the whole floor gets wet. Lastly, the parking lot was closed which was more of an inconvenient surprise than anything and would have been nice to know ahead of time, but at least they had signs up and easy directions to their temporary parking lot that was right across the street.

There was no parking lot! You needed to park across the way at the hospital! Not good for loading and unloading your vehicle. Also, went to get a drink at and the bartender was rude. The only good thing was their shuttle driver Max!

Staff pleasent, pool area had ants and not a safe area for kids, parking was horrible with the construction, and the air conditioning in the room wouldnt work properly. Clean room, working tv, noisey from highway.

the thing that was weird for me was they couldn't give a receipt for my stay or the charges to my room i made. Otherwise the night staff was awesome, very helpful. The girl during the day was less helpful.

You have to Park across the street, in a satellite lot, have to cross a busy street, and then walk across what used to be the hotel parking lot. The cooling unit was not working properly, so the room was warm. The noise in the hallway was obnoxious. The kicker was NO hot water to the room, tried to call the front desk 3 times and no answer. Finally discovered the plumbing to the sink and bathtub was backwards, hot turned on the cold and cold turns on the hot. While leaving complained to the front desk and was told “okay”.

We stayed because we had an early surgery the next day at the children's hospital, which the 2 minute drive was really easy to navigate to. The room was kind of falling apart - the secondary lock on the door was hanging on by half the screws, and very loose, the shower fixture was broken, and the vents in the shower were super dusty. I was up every hour thinking someone was going to break it, but that's probably just my paranoia. The pool did not have steps going into it, so it was difficult for my young son or anyone with disabilities to get in and out (there was a ladder). The pool temp was nice & warm, but the pool room was freezing! The lobby "bar" didn't allow children under 18 in after 8pm (even though there was not a single person there, and my son was well behaved on a tablet) so we had to visit with our local friends in the lobby. But it is what it is. Also, the parking lot was closed for renovations, so we had to park in the lot behind the hotels lot. That would have been nice to know prior to arrival. Overall, great location if you are going to Mercy, but I wouldn't stay there with my family again.
