The front carpets were really filthy. My room was not too clean. There was sticky floor etc. Not too satisfied with the stay.

Are room was dirty we ask them to clean it we left came back and it was still dirty... Outside was dirty as well trash all over...breakfast trash was running over .. Had to ask for coffee...we will not be staying here again.... Staff was friendly... check in was fast..

Good location. Not a BAD hotel just needs better housekeeping. Rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned. Chairs and linen have stains that with genuine care would be fixed. More to follow…

Room and furnishings were filthy. Hole in bathrrom door from someone punching it. No extra toilet paper, almost ran out. I shouldn't have to phone the desk for toilet paper.

check in was good rooms were good. only thing they did not have was tea bags for tea drinkers only had coffee. breakfast was adequate was there for 1 night with group of friends to attend quilt show on Sunday.

The man at the front desk, when checking in, told me I had to put a card on file, for incidentals however when checking out, said they had run my card and the money would be back on my card in 10 days. Never did he say that they were pulling money out for that card. Most hotels run the card after the fact if something happens. When questioned about it, he was rude and didn’t really care. Never will I go back there again.

It was a rainy day - I was given a room that had a window that was leaking. There was substantial water on the window sill, when I reported it I was told that no other rooms were available and she pulled down the shade so I could not see the water. It continued to rain and the water was dripping down onto the ac unit so I used one of the towels to cover the window sill. That was just one problem during my stay!

Room was disgusting!!! Couch had stains on it. Carpet was pulling away from the floor. Bathroom was gross, dirty, moldy, looked like no one had cleaned in a long time. Photos online do NOT represent what the rooms look like.

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and that’s a big statement for someone who tours for a living. The toilet in our room did not flush, there were holes in the walls, the most uncomfortable and creaky beds ever. The hotel looks NOTHING like the photos. No coffee or hot water in the lobby, just empty containers. Seriously, save yourself the ick and stay anywhere else.

Would never stay there again. The bathroom was beyond basic. There was very little food at breakfast. I went at 7:00 am and there was one sausage patty and some crumbs of egg. There were two bagels and six slices of bread for toast. There was plenty of yogart. The only juice was apple. Nothing was replenished. The tv remote did not work. There was litter on outside including cigarette butts. The tv remote did not work

The rms smelled like weed. They had replaced the bed and handles on the door but never fix the existing walls that were now exposed. Half of the breakfast items were refilled. The front desk service was nonexistent. The ice machine was out of order and no signs of being repaired. The bathroom light in rm didn’t not work.
