We stay here a couple times a year whenever we attend a concert at Midway Music Hall, as we love that it's within walking distance. That is definitely the number one draw for us! We have no complaints... everything is kind of average as far as hotels go. We typically don't choose this hotel when we come to the city for other reasons, but you can't beat the proximity to Midway.

Seems only the 7th floor was quiet. Be careful about non smoking rooms smelling like cigarettes.

Rooms were in poor condition. No continental breakfast. Not the best crowd of people staying there. Shouldn’t host teams.

Older building that shows its age, bad/old mattress. Could hear people in other floors/rooms

Not that clean, leak in unit from above & not informed woke up to soaking wet carpets. Phone not plugged in & did not realize till later so security & safety concern. Clientele were ? And we were later that tge hotel has homeless people staying there.

Front desk clerk was unfriendly, the room was not very clean and one of the beds had blood on it. The tv didn’t even work.

You get what you pay for, its fine. The water is hot, the sheets are clean, the AC is cold. Its an upscale budget hotel and thats fine. I will say though the gym and all its equiptment its truthfuly terrible and dangerous. From a liability standpoint I think this needs to be addressed. I suggest any staff member, or owner for that matter try out the treadmill... how anything in this gym has not been addressed, in what appears to be the life time of the building, is impressive.

Cleanliness: smelly room , dirty floor ,disty surfaces Service : The staff need more training about Hospitality and customer services ,specially night staff., they need to learn how to smile or greet your customers .

It was alright, our neighbors were smoking weed on the balconies so our room stunk pretty bad. We couldn't open our balcony door without smelling it. There was hair on the linens but otherwise clean room. Loud at night, so i shouldn't be staying again.

We did not sleep well because there were people in the hallway, making noise throughout the night and into the early morning

The tv was ancient, and the lights didn’t work properly in the room. Good sheets though

Did not like anything was over priced. Was old products in there. Tv wa so old, the remote was antique, channels was useless. Old bedding towels were dirty had hair in towel even on bedsheet had hair long hair. The tv stand drawers was broken. The AC didnt even work was super warm at night. AC Kept turning off at night, could not even feel the cold air. The tub was clogged water wouldnt even drain. Just disgusting place cheap stuff was in the hotel. Microwave didnt even heat up properly. Dont recommend this hotel at all.

I stayed here April 1st with my son for a medical appointment. Never again. I felt unsafe. There were homeless ppl around and even one sleeping in a chair in the lobby. There was a domestic dispute in the hallway at 12:30 at night. Not a great hotel vibe and I stay month or more in hotels.

I was disappointed to learn that the restaurant was closed when I checked in - did not see any previous messaging about this. Also, the equipment in the gym is in poor condition. Some of the exercise machines are not at all functional. Other than that the hotel was nice and the staff were great.

I forgot my wallet, so I completed their online check in and upload a picture of my id and the physical card… but when I arrived, they said there was an error in the system and needed my physical card… which was obviously a problem… then they wouldn’t allow me to check in
