We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent from start to finish — everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice hotel convenient walking distance to most of the museums and the convention center. The hotel was having renovations.

Nice place just not enough parking

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds

The hotel is undergoing renovations but we didn’t hear noise in our room. The people were very nice and the room was very clean. The only issue we had was that there was a comic book convention going on in the hotel so there was extra traffic and hardly any parking on property.

The top floor bar/club is cool but this property needs a major renovation.

Good hotel in the downtown Mobile AL

The area was nice to explore. many shops and eateries. Room was very comfortable and clean. Employees were very customer friendly.

Well the entire place was under construction was told we had breakfast the next morning the front desk looks me in face tells me where to go but they clos at 9am than we tried to go swimming the pool was closed ininly booked this room for the pool and breakfast and didn't get to have either one of those !

Our overall stay was okay. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a big disappointment. It was so small that you could hardly move around. The lobby was under construction but the check in process easy. This hotel is old. Not much you can do about that. But the location is excellent for the business district and for night life activities. Housekeeping and the front desk gets the highest rating.

All staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The location was perfect! What a beautiful area. My only complaint would be parking! I worry that elderly or someone with few technical skills would have difficulty paying for parking.

The beautiful view of the city on the 17th floor, the staff at Check in was professional and informative in the bed slept very well.

I like the style of the main floor, and the helpfulness of the staff. The room was prepared and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the construction, otherwise a nice hotel.

Had a late check in and the representative was amazing! Southern hospitality for sure!
