Nice comfortable bed and Samsung TV with a lot of channels. Room was missing a blackout screen and there was a bright light in the parking lot right outside. Breakfast was decent

They had a clean room. They had a great breakfast. There is a mess from all their remodeling.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The windows were old and wouldn’t seal completely. It was windy and I heard a non-stop high pitched whistle for the entire stay. The elevator was dirty. The hallways looked run down. The area of the lobby that had been updated looked very nice.

Bathroom floor was not the cleanist. TV didn't work when I got into my room. Took 2 hours to fix that. Hotel is old and need updates

Great stay

The property is under renovation of some sort. I stayed just the one night. Perhaps it will be better after but driving up in a uber was dodgy at midnight. Just a step above motel 6

Clean, comfortable hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Great location for our needs.

The hotel is going through renovations, my room smelled musty, popcorn on the floor, apparently room wasn’t vacuumed good. The bathroom was clean but was in need of a good scrubbing especially in the tub. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Staff very polite but room was not very clean and smelled musty. Elevators were also dirty.

Great stay

Nice overnight before an early morning flight. Especially like the breakfast man. Very friendly. Nice start for a great rate.

Very worn. Time to spend some money on the property. I would not stay there again.

We had a very late check in and I called ahead to let them know. When we arrived close to midnight it was a very slow check in. Once we were given our room we went up only to find out 2 people were sleeping and occupying the room already. This was a very dangerous situation that we were put in! We went downstairs to tell him that we were assigned an occupied room and he spent 20 minutes telling us how this could happen. Finally getting to a new room around 1230 am. I have never been put in a situation like this before. The hotel itself offered me nothing but to trust them for staying again sometime.

Comfy beds, wonderful breakfast, close to the mall and other restaurants.

We had car trouble and needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel was very easy to find and book online. Staff were all extremely friendly and understanding. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Honestly, we were just stoked that everything was as advertised/expected. The room and bath were clean (no mold, no bugs, no smell). The water was hot with good pressure, tv worked, USB plugs on BOTH nightstands (not expected, but great bonus), bed was comfortable, not lumpy, faucet and toilet were not wobbly. Elevator worked. No ice machine on our floor, and were too tired to explore another floor, so don't know if that was functioning. Awesome mirror in bath. Water and coffee avail all day, vs just coffee. We got in late and left super early, and when the desk clerk found out we were leaving before breakfast even opened, offered us a sack breakfast. Wow! Only negative, if you will, was that all the pillows were super high which wasn't what we normally use at home and held our heads at a slightly uncomfortable angle. For all I know, they would have provided other pillow options had we asked, however we had less than 5 hrs to sleep so didn't bother asking. Thank you for a very pleasant stay; wish we'd had more time to enjoy!
