This hotel is conveniently located close to City Place, Marshalls, Home Goods, pharmacies, banks and many restaurants, all walking distance. Friendly staff, shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms and facilities are clean, soft and firm pillows and comfortable beds. Breakfast included. This is my 6th stay here and will be back soon,

Decent for an overnight stay. Close to restaurants. Would stay again.

Good hotel

Did not know ahead of time that I needed to call the hotel directly for shuttle from airport to hotel. After struggling to fin the local number, I called and they send someone after about 30 minutes. We waited in the pickup area at MIA but the driver said they weren’t allowed to pickup there and had to use a different area. Very confusing!

I paid extra for a King Suite, however the TV in the living room did not have cable connection.

It was like a 2 star hotel. Water damage on hallways, room doors didn't open like normal.

Close enough to the airport with lower rates.

I was pleased with almost all that involves the hotel except with two issues: one of the shuttle drivers "flew" past me at the airport despite me going into the street to flag him down; secondly, the desk staff at the time I arrived, did not explain the whole situation with payment and deposits in one package. He did it one at a time: payment first, then deposit. The hotel website only indicated that deposit was required for guests under 21 years of age.

After waiting at the airport for a shuttle for over 30 minutes we called the hotel only to be told that you have to schedule a pickup unlike other hotels in the area that regularly pass by. The shuttle driver failed to load one of our carryon suitcases and when this was discovered at the hotel refused to take one of us back to the airport to look for it. He lied about it being the last shuttle. It was clearly posted that there was shuttle service for another hour. Indifference and no compassion and refusal to take responsibility.

It was a basic room. Older building and could use a deep renovation. It’s in a great area close to nightlife and restaurant options.

It was good it met our needs

The area was good the room layout was not good.
