The room was dustless, staff were very nice helpful, and the breakfast buffet was worth it. Cons: water in public onsen had plenty of dead skin and pubic hair floating at 10pm. Hope it had an auto filter option.

Overall, the hotel is rated as excellent. If I have an opportunity to visit Okinawa, I will definitely choose to book the same hotel again.

The rooms were clean and quite large. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. The bus stops were within walking distance of the hotel.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and actually spacious, bathrooms were small but ok. I liked that there were two sinks (one outside the bathroom) because we had three people in the room. The additional bed that was in the room was very squeaky so everytime I moved or got out of bed in the middle of the night, it woke up everybody. Food at the downstairs restaurant was good with lots of varieties to choose from. I liked that there was a store on the 2nd floor (lobby floor) with lots of cute items and prices were not bad at all.

Room was spacious and all rooms appear to have an ocean view. We were on the 22nd floor and the view was lovely. We had a balcony, however there is no furniture on any balcony to sit in the evening. Our room was very dated and smelled musty, however this is likely because it’s old and faces the water. Breakfast in both the restaurants offered was very good, serving both western and Japanese options. Bed was very hard but ok for us as we like a firmer mattress. Overall we had a pleasent stay.

The bfast wait was not explained to us well enough so we could have adjusted accordingly. I’d stayed in this hotel before and it was not as chaotic as this time. Could it be high season? Staff should have been nicer in letting us know what the procedure was if there was any. Communications Problem. Can be corrected easily.

The hotel’s location and staff were excellent. The rooms were spacious, though slightly outdated. The pool was beautiful, and direct beach access was a major plus. On the downside, the restaurant had limited hours, and reservations couldn’t be made through a single site. Overall, for our family of five (ages 12 to 70), we truly enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic—while you’ll need a car to get to the American Village, the trip is absolutely worth it.

Hotel is nice, needs to be updated but overall ok. Restaurants need to offer better deals for hotel guests.

My second stay on my two week trip! This place is nice. Very convenient and has things to do on the property. They have a swimming pool outdoor and inside. The convenient store down stairs came in handy and closed at 10pm.

I paid for the room tariff plus breakfast in advance because I like Japanese Food. But I was only told upon arrival that the Japanese restaurant was temporarily closed at breakfast time. Thus I asked for refunding the breakfast payment at the front desk but was declined. What’s more, when I went to the western restaurant, it’s full of people and messy. I was very unhappy with the stay at Laguna Garden Hotel.

Indoor pool is nice. The hot tub could have been hotter. I couldn’t use the public bath since i have a tattoo. I couldn’t try the breakfast since I left early every day to go on excursions. The hotel is far away from Naha
