The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and often times distracted by his phone. He seemed to have an attitude any time he had to do anything to help. The property is old, run down, and dingy. I didn't even trust it enough to try the breakfast and that's usually a must for me. You're kind of in the middle of nowhere with nothing in walking distance, thankful I drove because when I went to do some laundry at night they had a coin laundry machine with no coins for it so I had to drive to a gas station. That was very inconvenient and unexpected. My first and last time staying there.

Excellent environment. They provided everything in the room. There was no issue about clineliness. The behavior of the front desk officer was so much friendly. They provided breakfast and they have shuttle bus service to the airport which was comfortable.

I wanted to save a couple bucks. Not worth it, it’s better to spend those extra $20 to get a decent place. I think it was surreal that the very first impression for me was to try to open the door and the door lever fell, who knows how long it has been broken. The room smelled horrible, it seems like they didn’t even changed the shampoo, soap and conditioner from the last guest since they were half way and were clearly used. The room was dirty, the walls had like soda or alcohol splash stains. That poor elevator last supervision expired at the beginning of this year, the hotel shuttle was appreciated but God that poor van need some cleaning.

Everything good/nice except the hotel doesn't have a pool

Clean and comfortable. They only give you one bar of soap and 1 set of towels, but otherwise a good hotel. Pleasant, surrounded by trees, and staff was polite and helpful. Very close to airport, stores are nearby if you have a rental car. If the hotel had a gym, I would have stayed more nights there.

It was ok for The price

When booking here....it does not disclose the $100 deposit required to stay here .therefore, after booking online & paiying for one of my children to stay, he was told that he couldn't stay without an additional $100 deposit. We weren't aware of that, and he didn't have it, So i basically lost my $110 dollars !!!! This is unacceptable because it should be advertised as such on the website and certainly during booking!!

There’s 2 main things I want to mention. One, there were 2 adults and only received one room key. I asked for another key for 2 adult and the gentleman at front desk would not give me one. I don’t understand why. I’ve never experienced this before and thought it was weird. Secondly, the room smelled awful. I don’t know what kind of odor it was but it seemed like it was coming from the a/c unit. There was a dryer sheet in there that someone stuffed in the vent. Or it could’ve been the carpet. I’m not sure but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

This hotel was horrible it was a drug hotel don't recommend this we checked out soon we got there they don't have bath tubs either

Has potential, but dirty (black streaks) curtains and window edges, really poor bed quality, broken desk chair, unlockable/ misaligned n bathroom door...24 hour coffee in the lobby was a big positive for me

Room was outrageously. Disgusting had mold over the shower. Ceiling was broken and cracked. Service was terrible. I would certainly not recommend anybody go there. Property manager even said mow has never heard anybody

The room had dirty towels, no gym like advertised and the staff was quite rude.

It worked perfect as a one night stay kind of deal, it was a room with a bed and all of the amenities we needed. There were a few (barely noticeable) things that were dirty but it didn’t really impact our time here. The gentleman at the front desk checked us in easily and it was a smooth experience even though we ended up getting here a little later at night!

The first room they gave me smelt like stale smoke, the room they gave me next had food left in the fridge and crumbs on the bedding.

This stay was very convenient and close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sufficient easy access back to the airport.
