Friendly staff

There was no water pressure and the heater was not able to be regulated. When we tried to tell someone they did not care.

We stay at hotels in NY at least 15-20 times a year. The decor and ambiance of this hotel is in our Top 5

Very nice stay. Helpful safe. Nice restaurant on site.

Incredible but true, they start cleaning the rooms almost at noon. We came back at 2:00 pm and our room was not made. Loud guests ran the halls at midnight, shouting and talking, every single night and the Hotel staff doesn’t do anything. Hall rugs in bad condition, my elderly father almost fall.

Perfect location very friendly staff nice and clean hotel

This place was very difficult to find the sign was practically hidden and needs to be illuminated, especially at night time. Overall, it’s a nice place, but I wouldn’t categorize it as a high-end hotel.

Roslyn is a beautiful town and the hotel was a perfect spot to enjoy it!

Basic hotel, a bit dated. Friendly and kind staff. Housekeeping was poor; we returned to the beds made but the bathroom floor dirty. Booming music on a Saturday night but it did stop around eleven or midnight.

A clean and well appointed room. Comfortable bed.

It was my first time and this property . My room was exceptional very well kept love that . The bathroom was clean except the tub had some black molding . But other wise good

Beautiful and well maintained.

Disappointing. The hotel has a 4 star rating but that's a stretch. To begin with, the bed's headboard was peeling in patches! The room we stayed in on the first floor was directly facing the parking lot with cars below the window so couldn't keep the shades open to enjoy the so-called "harbor view" - good luck with that. Left 2 messages to have the manager, a Mr. Gupta, contact us to express our disappointment and have yet to hear back; its been 2 weeks.

Nice hotel

Room was not what I booked bed sheets were dirty loud pitch noise coming from the room. Shower head and handle barley hanging on. When reaching out to the property they refuse to resolve any issues highly do not recommend.

Nice hotel, recently updated.

I reserved two rooms through HOtels.com and a third room directly by calling Hilton reservations. On the day my family were due to arrive I called and gave all the names to make sure they couls all check-in easly, since they were arriving late. At 1:30 am my sister called because the fornt desk had only one room reserved. After checking emails, providing confirmation numbers, and a lot of frustration my three rooms were found and my family could check in.
