A/c was broken, room was sweltering. Fortunately the windows opened. Receptionist got quite cross when we had to chase him for more pillows for the bed, which was a bit of a shock. The pool was freezing but it was very hot so it was quite refreshing. We didn't have breakfast but a Caesar's salad that we ordered for lunch bore little relation to Caesar's salad as you might know it - limp green lettuce leaves and swamped in dressing. Not a great location unless you need to be at or near the hospital. Some great options for restaurants about a half hour walk away. Not terrible but not good enough.

Outside pool with seating. Substantial buffet breakfast with pool view. Short walk to bus stop, or a little further to tram stop (tram 4)

Hotel was ok for a sleepover while travelling. Pool was not ggod for kids as it was 1 level everywhere. Not too bad at all for 1 night stay. Parking a bit expensive.

Serve very good breakfast

Clean, kind staff - we arrived two hours before check-in and they fixed a room for us, nice breakfast, noiseless aircondition and a great pool. Only downside was the area, which was kind of boring, but if you just need a quick stay, a dip In the pool and a nice bed for the evening, this is perfect!

Arrive early, it was not possible to get the room. And it was delayed. There was other guys checkingnin before Not ok.

My stay was for 4 nights. My room was cleaned only once. Limited hours of food service. Beautiful property, but grossly mismanaged.

Very good experience with the Mercure Hotel in Hannover. Nice and friendly staff what we always ready to help with questions. Pool option and good parkering on site.

The hotel was ok, fine for a stopover to Berlin but nothing special. Nice restaurant by the pool but very expensive breakfast, which we skipped and extra parking charges for the night. Small double rooms

i loved that the staffs were very hospitable and ready to attend your needs even at very late hours of the night. The facility was amazing will surely stop over again. it was a very relaxing experience. A big thank you to the management for the smooth operation.

The hotel was well laid out and easy to use. The pool was good if a little chilly - bracing I would say. The room was a good size and the bathroom very well equipped. However, the hotel was noisy - being right next to the ibis hotel, with a shared car park. It is also very close to the main road, passing by medical school and a seeming collection point for the local drunks at the weekend, shouting out in the early hours. you have to pay 12 euros per night to park your car, which I thought was too much. the wi-fi was poor.

The air-conditioning does not work. I had read one review about that prior to booking, but disregarded it since no one else mentioned it. The room was boiling making it too uncomfortable to sleep. Only other complaint is it's describe as a non smoking hotel, but you could smell smoke everywhere. Otherwise nice, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Not much in the area, but we were just stopping in for night on a road trip so it didn't matter to us.

Check in was easy and smooth, the room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. However, there was a real lack of power outlets, and particularly NONE anywhere near the bed, very annoying. The breakfast was pleasant but I had a nasty surprise at lunch when I took a mouthful of what I thought was red peppers in a creamy sauce but it was prawns - not labelled at all as seafood :( - there wasn't much available for a vegetarian.

The pool and breakfast was amazing the room was a bit dirty and the staff was not helpful at checkout.
