Good inner city hotel

Nice clean room and good breakfast

Stayed one night only - visiting great niece at Uni. Common parts of hotel are very good but our room was a little warn & in need of a refurb. Whilst we got used to it in the end the room had a mild malodor but not sure what it was. Plenty of hot water, good breakfast & on site parking. Overall ideal for short stay but rooms do need upgrading.

Good value for money

Awful sound proofing therefore lost sleep. Shower curtain needs disinfecting, and finally, mid breakfast, I was asked if my breakfast was included in my stay when I had paid for it the night before. Not nice…

We had an issue with our room which was quickly sorted by the team. The rooms are good; quite considering it’s on the main road; bathrooms are quite small but absolutely do the job. A bit annoying having to pay for parking but decent location very close to the metro. Overall, a great location just outside of town.

We were very impressed with the design and cleanliness of the common areas. The room itself was a little basic but good for our needs. It was a 20 minute walk to the city centre but a pleasant route.

Staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

Short Christmas trip

Perfectly located in many ways particularly when visiting students living in the city. Clean and functional and really good value!

We had an amazing stay as was delighted during our time for a special birthday the staff were very kind and helpful.

Hotel was fine. My only gripe was that I couldn’t get WI-FI to work and as I was staying there for work, this did inconvenience me as I couldn’t get on line to access email etc on my laptop

Ideal location for our venue. Clean tidy hotel with good breakfast options. No issues with room

Single night stay for a dinner. Check in was very professional, pleasant and engaging Room exactly as one would expect . Good value as well

Nice, within walking distance of St Jame's Park (Half an hour), ideal location for football matches. Metro station links to the Airport and the rest of Newcastle.
