I didn't like there was no pool. Other than that, property was great

Property is clean friendly staff, was disappointed that we did not get breakfast included with our price which we thought was extremely expensive!

good location

The hotel is conveniently located off the 99 and near the Vancouver airport. You can drive into the city in 20 minutes or so. The rooms are nicely appointed and there is a restaurant that serves a tasty breakfast for a nominal fee. Overall it was a nice stay.

Hotel was much nicer than your typical Holiday Inn or airport hotel. Appreciated the airport shuttle, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was convenient but over priced.

It was a weekend away for my wife and I and for the price and value overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Place is central and accessible to Richmond Centre, Steveston, and Outlet Mall!

Kudos to the Front desk team and in particular to Omar who was kind and helpful since we got there.

We had an excellent stay there. My cousin is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating and helpful to ensure our stay was comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious too!

The hotel was spotless and front desk staff friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. But the best part was the shuttle driver. He was wonderful and gave a lot of great advice to visitors who were there to go on a cruise.
