Excellent staff and breakfast

I love how I can go straight to my room from my car. The window/door opens and you can park right in front of it. It is very convenient specially having toddlers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I’d definitely stay here again!

It was newly renovated and very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Nice spacious room. One thing I noticed was there wasn't a coffee maker in the room unless it was tucked away somewhere. But there was a fridge and microwave so that is convenient. We were just because the breakfast area so grabbing coffee wasn't inconvenient. Breakfast was just basics. Would've prefered a hot breakfast included. Quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, staff friendly

Amazing stay! Hotel is totally renovated rooms & throughout the hotel. Lots of parking. Very quiet area & staff was amazing and very accommodating & friendly. No hesitation to staying again. If I had to knit pick, it with be no elevator to go to second floor but not an issue for us but for those that may have trouble with stairs, ask for main floor.

At check in the front desk lady could not check me in properly (I booked through Expedia). As she was trying to fix the problem, and as a line started to form behind me, she kept saying she needed to talk to her manager to check me in, but fortunately she gave me a room key so my son and I could rest in our room. Later in the evening she told me she discussed the check in issue with her manager and it was just her inexperience with the check-in system that was the issue. The cons of the hotel were: (i) too expensive for a very average hotel/motel without a pool; (ii) breakfast was very limited to bagels, bread and waffles you had to make yourself; (iii) the coffee dispenser was not preset to the cups on hand so we ended up with overflowing cups; and (iv) the nearest strip mall with dining options was a 7-minute drive away. I won't be staying in this hotel/motel again.
