Vehicle got broken into

The welcoming staff was friendly. Very easy check in. Thank you. Room is clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom was clean and stocked.

Carpet in the room was dirty

I loved the customer service at the front desk. The young lady was very welcoming.

The guy at the front was so rude when we checked in did not tell us any breakfast time which we missed the next day . Did not greet us . the room smelled so bad , the towels were stinky and the bedsheet even . When we went to the front desk to talk to this guy he said it is wat it is .

Clean room well supplied but poor lighting

Room rug was stained between bedding. A little stuffy.

Staff was friendly room was clean but a little rough chair in room had holes in the arm rest the only thing that I would really complain about is the floor of the shower was very slippery and the drain plug is sharp and sharp I hit my foot on it and got a small cut would suggest changing the style of plug and maybe put a grip mat in the shower

I love the placde

The room was filthy! Other guests dirty socks in the wardrobe, garbage under both beds and behind the nightstand, not vaccumed under the desk, fan in bathroom had a thick layer of dust etc. The parking lot wasn't plowed at all making it hard to get in and out. I breakfast was not good. Eggs, bacon and potatoes were cold and not enough other options. I will never stay there again. Worth it to spend the extra money and stay at a better hotel.

Comfortable stay. It was nice and quiet. Clean. There was no recyclable bin though. Nice location.

Rested

Shower drain was partially clogged (?) causing tub to fill during shower. Otherwise very nice stay and facilities were comfortable

The water pressure was amazing. The staff polite and helpful. The door that leads to the front lobby stairs makes a noise everytime someone goes in or out, which means that it kept waking up the light sleepers in the room, as we were very close to said door. One of the beds was hard compared to the other one.

Good place if you have a puppy

Staff was excellent. Room was good.Breakfast was fine!

now we have to put a deposit parking was almost full rooms are a bit small ok for one night
