Problem whit the phoset, bad from desk..

One of the most traditional and classic hotel in Curitiba.

Delightful breakfast buffet. Folks at the front desk were helpful and very patient with my limited Portuguese.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were professional and great to deal with. Definitely will be back.

Upon arrival I was instructed to go over 12th floor for a private check in as we were staying in a suite. Even with check in desk downstairs empty, we had to wait as there was only 1 front desk for the Premier area. After the check in process was done, the room was not ready as it was not clear by supervision (check in time after 4PM). The room had a couple of issues which I already addressed with the hotel (leaking water in the fridge tray), problems with the water drainage in the shower that overflowed and spilled to the bathroom. Breakfast is amazing, and the service at their Kibo restaurant is top.

I always stay at Bourbon hotel. Nice personal, good breakfast, location, clean room.

Is the first hotel 5 stars of Curitiba, beautiful and makes part of city culture! Breakfast wonderful… But, like the oldest hotel need to fix the toilet flush, mirrors, and bedding mattresses…! Still a really good hotel in the best part of the heart center of Curitiba! No regrets at all!

Very friendly staff, place is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was great, fresh fruit, large variety of Breakfast options.

The services was lacking. You expect more from well known brand like Burbon. The staff were nice and pleasant but the service was lacking for a 4 star hotel. An example of this was when they cut the water off at 10 am and didn't informed us,so I can schedule myself around the inconvenienced! The rooms were little outdated and the sheet seems old. The shower was one of the best thing from the room. The service provided better fit a 2-3 star hotel but not a 4 star hotel. Also for the price you pay definitely not worth it.

Great staff Hotel needs a little maintenance, room furniture is a bit dated and bathrooms also dated and has mold in the walls.

The people working were very friendly. The area is nice. The hotel is nice. Breakfast was great! The bed comfort was average. Overall a good experience though

An excellent hotel with old world manners and charm. It was an older building, so the room was a little small. But it was tastefully furnished, clean, and cheery. Excellent breakfast. In the heart of the historic city. I loved my stay.

1- De cara, o atendente estava de mal humor, solicitando documentos com tom ácido, estava dando bronca em outra funcionário do hotel na frente de hóspedes. 2- Achei um absurdo pelo valor da diária, sendo que estava sozinho, me colocarem em um quarto com divisória de uma porta para outro quarto, escutava tudo o que acontecia no outro quarto, extremamente desagradável

Staff was excellent in customer service. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever experienced. Lovely interiors and decor. Claudia and I will be back for sure! Tchau! :)
