My room was modern and well-designed. And Lauren at the front desk went above and beyond by calling me days before check-in to say I should book a different room to insure my special request could be honored.

There needs to be a light in the coffee alcove. Just a spotlight. And a small trash can. And the room needs two chairs, not just a stool and a chair. And the laundry. First you do do laundry then you don’t then you do. The laundry bag is tiny and rips as soon as you try to tie it and I never got a replacement. I quit trying with the laundry. And I wanted fresh coffee in my room every day. I don’t want to have to walk downstairs. I’m exhausted. I need the coffee before I see people.

The only disappointment was with the TV. There was not a guide to see what is playing when. Just flipping through channels to try to see what’s on and finally turning it off because you can’t really know what you’re watching or how far into the program you are. VERY frustrating. There should be a program guide available.

Came in town for a graduation and found this property to be very convenient. We were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Great staff! Everyone was friendly and inviting. I forgot my ear buds and they called me right before I was leaving the area.

We weren’t very happy with the noise of our fellow guests, even when we asked security for help with quiet things down. We also disliked the remodeling of the breakfast room. It was cramped and uncomfortable. We’re sorry that this has changed so much in the past year or two. We used to really enjoy coming here.

we stayed for 4 nightsm. our checkin and checkout process was very efficient. the staff was always pleasant and helpful. the facilities were always clean. our room was ground level right on the other side of the wall to checkin which made it noisy as well as the the traveler/s in the rooms above and surrounding us... the room soundproofing was terrible!

Expedia made an error in my reservation and it didn't show up correctly on the hotel computer.It was resolved by hotel staff after indepth investigation.

We checked in really late and the front desk staff was pleasant and quick to get us checked in. Clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. Would stay again.

Great stay. Breakfast was yummy. Only downside was the floors seemed very loud. Could hear everyone around our room walking, showering etc.

Good mattress and great breakfast. There should be a fan in the bathroom and the AC fan should not be so loud.

Close to Olive Garden and Bellis Fair Mall. I like the bed, pillows, Keurig, and bathroom light. I unfortunately was in a room that could be conjoined (locked) with another and I could hear everything they said. I also forgot to report the slow draining tub. There one day for Grandma’s birthday.
