The room was very clean. The front staff were professional. The lobby was quite loud.

We booked our room online and when we arrived they had no power. It was no fault of theirs many people in the area were without power. We chose to take our chances and stay anyway in the dark. Our room was huge and wonderfully updated. Power did come back on around 2am and we were able to have a late check out. I can’t wait to go back and use their pool

The electric went out the first night. I had to stay somewhere else the second night. I have yet to receive a refund. Horrible service from both the hotel and Expedia

Clean room

The room rugs need to be cleaned.. the bartender we’re supper rude.. for the price I paid for 1 night breakfast should be included..I’ve stayed in many other Holidays Inn .. would not go back.. not to this location

Sarah had checked me in after a long drive. It was the quickest & most efficient check in I’ve ever experienced. She asked if my trip was business or pleasure. I said both & would be up early each day. She asked which floor i preferred & made sure I was in a quiet side away from the elevator. She gave me the furthest room from elevator yet next to the side exit. Convenient!

Convenient to my intended destination.

Property was undergoing a renovation and while it was not yet complete, it looks like its going to be a fantastic and needed facelift. Certain areas had not been updated yet, but I am sure that they will be. Staff was great, area was nice.

Toilet was broken and did not flush. Shower was cold first thing in the morning.

Room was great and the location and grounds convenient and interesting.

I did not notice there was not body wash till it was too late. I told them but they did nothing
