Hot water didn’t work well and no shampoo

Excelente hotel y servicio. Las habitaciones muy limpias y agradables. Al principio estuvimos un pequeño inconveniente pero inmediatamente lo solucionaron y nos brindaron un servicio de primera. Definitivamente los recomiendo 100%

Window seal was not present or worn away so the gap between the panes meant the room was noisy all night

Great location, great service

We liked everything about the hotel. It is located in the Mira Flores district and very walkable to cafes, restaurants, Larco Mar beach area, Kennedy Park, and shopping areas. All staff members were friendly, pleasant, and helpful in every way possible. The night of the Super Bowl, they kindly turned on the game for us (a tour group of 40 people) in their Murano Restaurant and Lounge Bar and extended their hours there by one extra hour so we could all watch the game. An area of much needed improvement: their breakfast buffet was not good. The food and coffee were consistently cold every morning we ate there.

I had to change rooms, A/C was not working

Not happy with the fact that the hotel prices the rooms in USD and not in local currency (unless they charge their exchange rate). Then when I paid in USD, reception had no change in USD.

The staff are super friendly and understanding! I had a really good stay although I think they threw away two of my things by accident. I couldn’t find my knitting needles. It could have been mistaken as trash.

I really liked staying there. It's very nice for local standards. Some areas could have been a little better maintained

Lorena at the front desk was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Super convenient location! Yet far away from the crazy lima traffic.

A good location, clean hotel. Arrived in Lima early in the morning but room was not available until after 2PM. I did not receive any special benefits for being a Hotels.com recognized member.

Beautiful property but curiously indifferent service. The only hotel I stayed at Peru that didn't offer potable water.

Hotel located in a great location and bed very comfortable. Pool is small and cold though. Breakfast was great, the only thing is that the WiFi was very slow. Many food options around.
