Easy access off the highway but in a poorer area. Clean and quiet property.

Great place to stop.

The location was good, the breakfast was nice and the night desk attendant even got the Saturday breakfast 30 minutes early since we had to be at our convention started at 6:45 for early morning bible study. A few disappointing aspects. The shampoo bottle was empty which i discovered when i was in the shower. The second thing was a wal, mounted hair dryer was just removed and put in a drawer.

Dead bugs were everywhere! Someone came in and turned off my air conditioner when I stepped out for dinner! It was loud, someone was screaming out in the back parking lot around 2 am. Someone tried to get into my room through the outside window, so I’m glad I had checked it and locked it shut after checkin. The breakfast lady was so nice and courteous to me. The lady at checkout was nice and had a handsome little guy with her on her lap. A hotel should not be such a dicey adventure, but check-in and checkout were smooth.

Arrival was great. Stephabie has a great rapport. The remodel was executed terribly with inappropriate installation, poor choice of some materials and simply shoddy work. Carpet feels/looks grimy already! Poorly vacuumed in our room. Overall, the room was "clean". Breakfast was horrible. Very limited selection of low quality items and the few hot items were being reheated in the only available microwave in large portions in the middle of breakfast service which meant guests could not use said microwave for oatmeal, etc. No water available in the space except from the prep sink. Lady at the front desk was also the breakfast attendant. She never spoke a word to anyone and allowed her small child to walk around talking to everyone, interrupting their conversations and breakfast. Meanwhile, her infant was screaming and crying at an unbearable pitch. I applaud management for allowing her to make it work with juggling kids and employment, however she seemed unnerved by the situation and didnt seem to care about the disruption to the guests, neither controlling her children's affect on the guest's experience or any rush to compmete tasks so that she was not in diner's way. Really off-putting.

Property checked all the boxes for our trip. Staff was friendly, rooms clean and location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is rated as a 2 Star hotel. It was the best experience we have had in a 2 Star. The staff was very friendly, the property was very clean and the breakfast was good. No carpet on the floors. You could see how clean it was. You can't ask more out of this level of stay.

Was glad to find lower priced accommodation during a busy time. The airfresheners in the reception was over powering , not so bad in the hallway. The bathrooms did not have exhaust fans so it made the room rather humide!

The front desk staff were fantastic! We asked for a dinner recommendation, and they suggested Tish's which is a local place - food was so good! Our shower curtain could have used a good cleaning, and there was hair (not ours) in the bathtub, but other than that our room was clean and comfortable.

First let me say, the NCAA world series was in town, so all the other hotels were booked, or over $500/night. This property was available, and $200/night. The lady who checked us in was very welcoming, and friendly. The facility itself appeared to be going through some renovations, and in nice shape. Our room was nice enough, but not very clean. There were crumbs on the floor under the desk. No working fan in the bathroom / shower. The toilet was so low it was uncomfortable. The property is very close to the highway, so you will hear the traffic. It's much better than the motel 6, but not the Ritz.

It's a cheap hotel, it served its purpose and I didn't have any complaints.

Staff was friendly and everything was clean. It is obviously in the middle of some renovations, so there were some rough edges. Overall, a pleasant stay on short notice caused by very late fight arrival. Would stay here again.
