Stained carpets, way too expensive for the quality of the rooms.

Convenient, but there was a major incident involving police shortly after checking in. Involving other guest and didn't feel very safe. Can hear everyone in the halls.

We arrived to check in and there were police cars and ambulances outside so we could not check in for another 90 minutes. We asked what the problem was but we’re not given an answer. Still a policeman on guard here.

First time staying at this hotel. Only for 1 night, adequate, and clean.

From the time we arrived until we left 3 days later, the service was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff were friendly, professional, caring and wonderful. I highly encourage individuals to stay at the Ramada in Williams Lake.

Love revisiting WL as often as we can it’s our old home :) Thank u for making the experience great as always and love the continental breakfast!! Yummy

I stayed for several days and on a few days days housekeeping didn’t have the room cleaned before I arrived back close to 5 PM. My expectation was that the room would be cleaned prior to a typical check in time at 3 PM. I suspect they’re having some staffing problems. It also appeared that vacuuming was not a regular cleaning protocol during my stay.

Good value. The hotel is older and definitely needs some updates, but very clean, staff friendly, and have gluten free bread for breakfast. Such a bonus. The king suite was a great room.

Non smoking room smell like a 40 year old ash tray. No hot water.

Everyting was quite good as a 2 star hotel. I didlike thatthey have made the soaps, shampoos, conditioner into smaller sizes. Appropriate for 1-2night stays. This is our 3rd stay and we drive through Canada from Anchorage Alaska toWashington state.

Great complimentary breakfast, excellent and friendly staff. This was my 2nd stay, and I would stay again.
