Never got room service

Front desk area was hot and not a relaxing atmosphere. No guest receptionist, had to wait for several minutes for someone to show up to check me in. Halls going to rooms were hot and stuffy. No ice machine on the floor, had to go to front lobby to get ice. Elevator didn’t feel very safe and was pretty beat up. Front desk receptionist not very pleasant. I will have to be very desperate to stay here again.

It was convenient. The lady who checked us in did a great job.

It was just horrible for my first time being your with my family it was bad experience at the hotel crackheads walking in the street rooms not having enough towels and I put on your how many people was going to be in the room no trash bags they gave us Walmart bags don't try and do not work the air unit did not work at night it kicked in once the sun came up we had a 3-day tonight vacation there we did not stay our second night we packed our stuff up and we left and went back home

Friendly staff, clean rooms.

I have been a fan of Baymont for a long time. I actually have spent many nights across the country in a room with the name Baymont on the sign. However I was terribly disappointed with the facility and the staff. My card was overcharged. When I tried to get it corrected I was met with a less than cordial attitude. My issue still has not been resolved.

We needed to cancel our stay and I couldn’t even reach anyone at the hotel. I left a message and never heard back. I was still charged.

Well our stay was terrible from check in! The manager it who checked us in. She was the most unprofessional rude condescending human I have ever dealt with ever. We were coming off a 10 hour drive we were exhausted. We called ahead of time to make sure the pool was open we were informed at check in that we were given false information. As she checked out res. She stated because we paid on line we had to leave a CASH DEPOSIT OF $100. Was fine leaving the deposit but didn't understand why it had to be cash thank goodness we had cash on us. We checked in and proceeded to our room. At every property we check to make sure it clean and no bugs.... Well there were not bug in out room but the bath room ceiling was falling on and our pillow cases had stuff all over them. I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement pillow case in hand. But I was informed by the "manager" she dose not have a key to access them so I had to go buy my own. my daughter showered while I ran to wal mart. As soon as I returned to the room the pungent smell of dog pee smacked me on the nose mostly in the bathroom. We decided to go find a vending machine to get a soda we asked the manager if the had one and she stated they sold them there while this exchange was happening a little boy came in from out side playing with his siblings to buy a bottle of water with a $20 the manager first questioned him if he was even a guest asking his parents name and denied him the water he then said (REST IN PHOTOS)

Bathroom toilet soiled

Hotel is in bad disrepair. They made no attempt to notify guests of pool not functioning. Property and inside hotel is not clean. We found food and drinks left in the dresser drawers and refrigerator from previous people. Staff is rude...breakfast that is served is old and gross. We stayed there with my husband and grandchildren, i asked for more towels so we could shower, they literally told me i was only allowed 2 more towels for the number of guests we had. I find that funny because they will charge you for any linen theft after supposedly "cleaning " the rooms. Air conditioning is not adequate for the space. Overall, just terrible! Do not recommend to anyone!

Dirty towels hanging behind bathroom door, the room looked as though it had not been deep cleaned in years. And outside door to stairs would not lock. Very unsafe. Extremely disappointed in this property.

The only thing I didn’t like is the WiFi sucks

Smelled bad, air conditioning didn't work, another couple waiting in lobby had their ceiling fall in... honestly considered just sleeping in car.

Hotel was dirty, smelled bad, front desk lady was rude, didn’t get to stay in the hotel cause the air didn’t work in my room …. It had to be like 90 degrees in the room

Pool is out of order. Wifi doesnt work. Found pill under beds. Found used dog chew toy under bed. Sink and bathtub water takes forever to drain. Sheets dirty. Heat/air-conditioning dirty.

Old building. Loose water faucet no trash can liners, only two cups for drinking in the room. The hand sized soaps were so old and hard they did not lather. All the front desks person was concerned with was how I would pay for a deposit. It was a cheap place so I should have known it would have cheap help.
