The room was a bit worn and the linen pretty old and thin. The first towels in my room had clumps of hair and one had black grit. The other bedspread was visibly stained. However, the second set of towels they gave me were spotless and fluffy. The desk staff were very friendly, one person in particular had a very pleasant and effervescent personality that brightened my stay. Make waffles for breakfast. It’s fun. The breakfast staffer was nice, too. Great location for access to downtown.

Need better pillows, They were flat as bread. Reception staff was very nice & was on good spirit & positive mood all the time. Also gave some extra pillows upon request. Breakfast can be little better with some addition of juices & fruits. They were all gone by 8:30am. Overall a good place to stay.

The hotel is not in a good area. The room was dirty. Smelled bad and the staff was not friendly or prepared. Terrible.

Bedroom floors sticky & breakfast decent but not great.

Desk clerk was awesome at check in. Room was clean. Only issue was the breakfast. The cereal machines was taken out at 800. Did not come back before i left. They were still full. Toaster didn't work or took forever to toast bread. Hot water for oatmeal was Not hot. Waffles were good.

Clean in average but expected better, very standard in every way including breakfast… offering free breakfast shouldn’t be “poor breakfast” Room’s doors are so warped & noisy, it needs adjusting.

Wifi never worked there's mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the water from the shower over flows on the floor..

Everything was clean and in good order. Hotel wifi worked well. No issues.

Great balue for the money. Convenient for visiting my son at Emory.

While the customer service staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be given the situation. The hotel itself was an unsanitary environment. There was blood on our bathroom wall, there was miscellaneous body fluids on the sheet and bed skirt. I looked at two other rooms that were no better. Housekeeping did come change the sheets and got the blood off the wall but with the soiled linen and water. I will NEVER be staying here again. I have emailed the general manager and have yet to hear from him.

The room (306) reeked of marijuana from a previous guest and the cleaning staff had left a tornado fan in the room apparently to air it out... The breakfast was poor with choices quickly running out. The sausage was gross. I didn't see hot water available for grits or oatmeal. I'm also surprised at how quickly they quit serving breakfast. Linens were clean, but towels were slightly smoky smelly. The tub did have some missed spots with cleaning (hairs). Overall stay was acceptable, but the marijuana smell bothered me...

The only good thing about our stay was the convenience to our destination and the breakfast was okay. Front desk staff was efficient and they did provide the crib we asked for. Would not stay again.
