I thought the staff was very friendly. The concierge even gave us a room upgrade. However, our room was pretty dirty. The bed was the worst. All of the sheets, blankets, pillows, were either stained or dirty. We got in at 3 am after a concert, and I was too tired to worry about switching rooms or bedding. I slept on top of the covers and put a shirt over my pillow. It was not good.

Really friendly staff!

We go in late from a concert and we went to check in and they front desk gave us someone else room. We walked into someone sleeping. That’s so unsafe. When we go to our room, there were dead bugs, cobs webs, stains on the sheets and pillows and food pieces in the corners. Thank goodness it was only one night we stayed but I need a partial refund for the unsafe protocols. 0/10 DO NOT STAY HERE

Everything was great!

Staff was great. Not the cleanest but was great for the price. Close to where we needed to be. Area felt safe. Great food nearby.

It was a fine enough hotel for the price. Only odd thing is they ask for a $100 cash deposit.

Clean rooms, bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was not the greatest but I appreciate the friendly staff.

Nice room for the reasonable price. We had a wedding in the area and needed a place to sleep overnight. Very friendly desk attendant.

Came down from Shawano to see my granddaughter graduation ceremony which was awesome. 1st time here and was really nice and pleasant glad I tried something new thank you

The staff was nice but the technology they use seems slow. Check in via digital and in person seemed slow. Our room was in good shape but one of the beds had a badly stained sheet. The auto text asked me for feedback so I replied with this and never heard back. Later in the night the front desk staff was helpful with new sheets.
