Friendly and professional staff. Unfortunately, weekends are very crowded, so there is no nice place to sit and enjoy delicious food and afternoon tea coffee

You can feel the french colonial vibe in the hotel. The hotel has two lobbies and in the old lobby, you can feel like you travel back in time. The room was also very elegant with hardwood floor and european accents everywhere. The location is also perfect, just a 10 mins walk away from Hoan Kiem Lake.
