Short notice booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Quiet room and was upgraded. Very pleased. Beyond happy with the room, clean and spacious with a view of Rideau canal.

Very much in need of updates

Definitely lacking in cleanliness. The first room the carpet smelled so bad that we needed to switch rooms. The next room had laminate flooring, much better but the floor was sticky. Molf in the shower too.

Amazing stay and staff went above and beyond. Beds comfy, view was amazing on the river, area to enjoy being outside really set this place apart from others

What was unique was Expedias classification as it being a top 4 star rated hotel in Ottawa They also priced it accordingly, if you are looking for a overpriced motel where you can watch your car from your bed this is the place you need to stay

Wonderful stay

I was a little sceptical from the vintage outer appearance, but the staff was top notch, and the room was lovely, modern, clean and comfortable.

An economical place to sleep by the airport, but you get what you pay for. The bed had a big piece of metal stinging out that cracked my shin. The air conditioning in the room is a wall unit that is either hot or cold and switches on and off repeatedly. The buildings themselves are quite old with an outside metal stairs to get to the second floor. Feels like a two level old motel, which was not what I expected from Ramada. I did contact them with some concerns in their checkout form, but nobody bothered to get back to me to address them. If budget is your only concern, this hotel is less expensive and may meet your needs

Second time saying here. We love it! Especially the river view!!!

This is right on the river. We were there just as winter had ended so the flower beds and grounds weren’t all sorted yet but you can tell they will look great . It’s like a water vacation get away but you are still in the city !!!! We will be back :)

It is old and alot of road noise.

Not a great stay. Overall a C-. Room was decent enough but property was shabby. We had a noisy generator outside our room. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Restaurant food was not great.

Hotel is fine but location is horrible, traffic around hotel is worse than anywhere i have ever stayed...and it wasn't because of construction.
