Other than your own room the place was really cold. The place is in need of a really massive update! There was a water leak Jin the hall while we were too.

Great location to stay if going to Miguasha National Park. Very quiet location and friendly staff.

Helpful, friendly receptionist. Room as advertised, no problems. Nice, easy access to car. Good breakfast; scrambled & boiled eggs, sausage patties, toast, waffles, yogurt, etc.

Hotel is dated. Parking lot is in terrible condition. Room smelled like mildew and was damp. Landscaping was unkempt and grass looked like it had not been mowed in months. Breakfast, although included at no charge, was limited and of a low quality. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Room was comfortable but needs updating, especially the sticky carpets. Exterior of building needs updating especially the parking lot and landscaping. When we pulled into the lot we thought the hotel was closed.

Staff was super friendly; had very nice conversations with everyone we stumbled on. Hotel is a bit dated; but we didnt mind one bit. Breakfast was also very good

Had 2 rooms booked and confirmed . Only one reserved at hotel. They said it was Expedia . Wasted one hour on live chat at my Data expense. Still not resolved . I want a refund on the 3 room i paid for.

We spent a week at this hotel and it was wonderful…thanks to the wonderful staff! They were all fabulous and friendly but in particular Christiana, Nicole and Louise. We would most definitely recommend and/or stay again.
