This hotel was very clean and smelled amazing.

The breakfast was amazing. The lady that works in the kitchen was kind and helpful.

Just smooth... Laid back ... Great service

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, but prepared very well so we were very pleased. The water pressure was the only thing lacking in both the shower and toilet.

Excellent hotel. My room had a nice bench / luggage rack which was a nice touch. Breakfast was awesome, hot cheese omelets, sausage, gravy, biscuits; chobani and oikos yogurt cups, fresh fruit, top notch baked goods… an attendant was there wiping down countertops and tables as well as refilling the buffet as needed. Honestly hotel breakfasts are a make or break deal for most of us, this one was superb. Worth it. There’s also a nice clean pool and fitness room stocked with drinking water and towels, didn’t have the time to enjoy those amenities but would if I stayed longer.

The room and service was Great!!! Great service! The only thing is I drive trucks so that part can be filled in for the truck area but overall my stay was clean, pleasant, and breakfast was great!!!

Everything was excellent, would definitely stay again.

I always stay here when I am in the Columbus area. It is always consistent with great customer service and a good, hot breakfast.

From arrival til departure was a very smooth experience had flight delay arrived at hotel around 10pm. Quick check in we were off 2 bed. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff running breakfast buffet was quick to keep everything filled. Would definitely recommend.

Access to the property itself was almost impossible for someone not familiar with the surrounding local area.

The room was clean but there was homeless people hanging out in the parking lot.

Property was clean and quiet. Complimentary coffee, water and snack upon arrival. Very large room and bathroom. Pool was functional. Water pressure was amazing and dove brand toiletries provided. Delicious breakfast. The perfect hotel stay.

Somewhat disappointed in this hotel. The room was fine, the front desk checkin girl was very nice and helpful with extra towels and sheets/blankets for the pull out sofa. Breakfast was advertised to start at 6:30, still wasn’t open when we left at 6:45. The other issue for us was I booked it specifically for the jacuzzi. My husband had been having back issues and we stayed here for that to have the hydrotherapy receive some pain and tension. There is NO sign of a jacuzzi. There is a wooden deck

The property itself is nice and clean. The poor rating is because I called the front desk twice due to many, unsupervised kids running through the hotel, between floors and jumping and rough-housing in the room above mine, significantly disrupting our sleep and peaceful enjoyment of our stay. Management didn’t even offer a discount for my inconvenience and their inability or unwillingness to enforce the rules.

The bathroom in the first from I was given was filthy. The bathroom in the second room I was given was dirty as well. I felt disgusting just being there. Had I stayed I wouldn’t have been able to shower with the tubs being dirty. That was not an option since I was on a work trip. They refused to provide a refund and lied to Expedia about my stay. I usually never stay at any Holiday Inn Express because they’re energetic clean enough. This time was no different. I attempted to speak with the manager but the woman who checked me in and out didn’t give me the option to.
