We went into the first room and walked out it was smelly. then went to the next and it was better had to shut off air conditioner because the smell was coming from there.

We checked into a room on the first floor. It had a very strong odor and had to ask for a room on the second floor. We had hoped to get a room that was less musty, but it still had an odor. We cranked up the a/c to try to reduce the smell. This was disapppointing given that I have asthma and mold affects my health.

Quick check-in. Friendly and helpful customer service. Pool closed for intermittent rain? Not happy about not being able to use pool when I have 2 kids for which I really needed the activity. Room and bed very comfortable

Lobby area was clean, hallways were visibly dirty and carpet stained, thankfully the room was mostly clean. Older hotel but in good shape, did have an odd smell(room smelled like it used to be a smoking room but couldn't get the scent out of the furniture). Staff was friendly but our room wasn't ready for a few hours after check in.

Good for the price. Continental breakfast is minimum. Staff was friendly.

The elevator was broken and other machinery was easily heard during the night from my room, making it difficult to sleep.

Excellent help from the from the front desk. Also, bed was really comfortable.

I booked for one night. They told me I booked 2. I asked for money back for the 2nd night. They told me call Expedia, who told me to ask them. No one would deal with me. Will not use Expedia or Clarion Hotel again. It is extremely low class. No customer service at all. People shouting in the halls at 2am. Stay far away. I know I will.

Nothing around only Waffle House and ABC Store. but ok place to stay. Very Clean. Breakfast and coffee good. I would stay again.

Very happy with my stay. Super clean room. Very comfortable bed! Recommend for sure and will stay again myself.

Fridge had broken knob. All items that were in fridge froze due to the temp setting. Was never fixed

The room served it’s purpose but I wouldn’t book again.

What we needed.

I had a quick stay visiting a friend. The hotel was clean. I had no problems with my stay. I enjoyed breakfast the next morning. I plan to stay here again in the future.
