The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice and the beds very comfortable. This was a very quiet place to stay. There are two places right next to this hotel where one can buy food. That was a great convenience to have and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Sliding doors were convenient and added light and openness. Had everything we needed.

It’s a nice, quiet hotel. Good location and of travelling, right off the Highway

Very outdated , Dirty stained carpets in entry, hallways and room. Definitely needs some renovations. Room also requires updating.

Martin the assistant manager and the other lady at front desk were so friendly and welcoming, excellent breakfast.

Great property good people. 10 min from city.

Good place to lay your head and get some sleep. Room was clean and the showers water pressure was excellent. The welcoming staff were nice and very helpful. Free breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was free. Hotel was close to the highway which made travel easy.

Très sale et désuet. Les tapis sont horribles et brisé dans les marches d’escaliers. Le divan de la chambre avait un coussin à l’envers et très sale. Il y avait de la nourriture sur le tapis et de la saleté. Le frigidaire était aussi très sale et le congélateur coulait

Staff & cleanliness

As usual, my stay was delightful. I was fortunate enough to be greeted by José, who always sets a great tone fot the visit. He's very welcoming and efficient and makes you feel you are more than just another anonymous customer, a valued guest instead. That level of service is rare and appreciated. I look forward to my next visit.

Reception staff was exceptional

Very old hotel, not very clean. Very small room. Not much space, not very clean. Electricity and hot water problem. We couldn't take our shower. Good breakfast.

When we check in, we were not informed that there was no hot water, we had a long trip and tired, all we got was freezing water in the shower, it was terrible.We are away from home and this is what we got. I booked 3 rooms to ensure everyone will be comfortable, and comfort inn failed to provide that for us.

Bed and pillows very good. Only had queen prom though... would have preferred king. Also, coffee sticks

I was greeted and made to feel very welome, as usual, by José at reception. He has been here as long as I've been coming to this hotel and he is a major reason why I keep coming back. José is always friendly and he makes me feel like a valued client. He's efficient, professional and always has a smile on his face. I travel a fair bit for business and have stayed in a lot of hotels. José is the one who stands out for his wonderful customer service.
