The toilet was unstable. The tub would not shut off completely, and the sitting chair was not suitable for sitting.

Everything was great the only thing I didn’t care for is that the TV was not facing the bed. It was on the wall adjacent to the long side of the bed and if you’re like me who likes to fall asleep watching your favorite shows this may bother you a bit, but other than that, I would say it was an excellent stay. Great location as well. You’re only about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Detroit and everywhere else really.

My stay was wonderful. Room was nice and clean with my own balcony. Staff was great and professional. This is my new place to stay when I go back to visit.

Won’t book again. Under renovation, cleaning not up to par, no complementary services. Limited towels, no hair blow dryer, you have to walk out of the hotel to the pool because half of the building is shut down.

Very rude customer service and very unclear rules

i stayed ro days they did not come with more towels or washclothes no sheets for the sofa bed & no housekeeping available...front desk gave away my 2nd suite....

Absolutely awful stay. * Sink was clogged (slow drain). * Found dirty towels on balcony upon arrival. * Room was not refreshed and used towels were not replaced. * Pillows had an oder. * Couch/Love seat was stained. * Carpet dirty with visible stains. * In room refrigerator not working. * No ice. * Hallway very dark due to several non-working lights.

Great experience

The room smelled weird. There was construction all over the hotel. And my room was right next door to a conference room and they were holding church and it was LOUD! so much for relaxing.

had too much construction going on and not having the proper use of an elevator to get to rooms freely. one of the beds mattresses was so squeaky until you could not rest properly without all noise when turning over.

I didn’t like I paid on line and when I got there I had to swipe my card and they charged me 3 times for 2rooms

I should’ve been informed that this hotel is under renovation. It was a mess . Should not be open until completion. Horrible stay.

Even though there were renovations going on, the property was quiet and comfortable.

I wasn’t able to cancel my reservation for the weekend once I got there. I have a lung issue and with the condition of the construction it was hard for my breathing
