The stall shower was ridiculously made; one door doesn’t open at all; other is narrow plus shower stall dirty. The pillows and mattress awfully soft. Marriott Courtyard doesn’t give u fresh towels until your 5th day! Truly unacceptable for a high end courtyard. Would not recommend.

Had the unexpected rude interaction with the floor manager been normal oppose to aggressively belligerent i would have given 4 stars. Everyone was nice and acoomadating there. I asked one simple question for clarification and maybe she was having a bad day but she went into a ghetto unprofessional rant til i still calmly explained i was a gold member and began recording then she understood my simple question and became sooo nice. Never experienced that ay any Marriot or other hotel for that matter. Especially since it wasn't a question that even warrented any sort of offense to be taken...🤔

Bloodstain on the comforter is unacceptable. Then not cleaning the room when asked. Finally, after 6:30, staff stripped the bed and left the bed unmade with sheets folded on top. We didn’t know that ongoing construction was happening in the breakfast area, so no breakfast. Add the dog barking next door, and our stay was terrible.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and to our surprise the hotel does not offer any room service after first night including no towels change or any other room service. Completely unheard off based on my last 20yrs staying in hotels around the world including US. Requested front desk to get towels and after 1.5hrs had to go to front desk requesting a set of towels and got to hear a lame excuse they got the wrong room. I thought when you can front desk they can see which room you are calling from - funny. There was no mention on the website that Pools are getting renovated. You pay the premium amount for the room to find out the basic amenities like pool - fitness center was so small that only 3-4 people can work out at any time. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

When i got there the receptionist was pleasant, nice and she stated that she will put me on 4th floor and if i didnt like it she will chwnge rooms. Got into the room and it was clean,new,smells wonderful . Had enough safe for me and the only thing i didnt like it had no microwave 😕 but over all the room was clean and the lounge,pool ,and the bar was good They had a peice of equipment out in front didnt make the hotel look good. I knew they were remodeling but that should have been put in the back so kids,guest wouldn't get hurt.

Unbeknownst to us this hotel was under renovation. Floors in the room still had grout residue, new toilet had a leak and water all over and shower area floor was dirty. The refrigerator was missing. The parking was very limited as all the old furniture and new furniture took up many parking spaces. After seeing conditions of the room i informed the 2 people at the front desk Sat morning at 615am, they apologized and said they would take care of everything, low and behold when i returned Sat night everything was the same. I was disgusted!!! Sat night returned to the hotel, exhausted and couldnt find a parking spot. I was never informed that parking was going to be an issue and how i should handle it I will never stay at a courtyard by Marriott again. Ive never been so disappointed by a hotel, like i was this past weekend. Oh another thing, the elevator was rattling like crazy and the staff knew. No signs, no communication just poor management all around. I do have pictures. If anyone would like to follow up.
