I had the worst day here.

Clean and safe

Room was clean, comfortable. I especially liked the sofa and table to work. The bed was very comfortable. Really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport.

Very comfortable but definitely in the flight path for SFO. Some hallway noise, but not much. I live rurally so hearing the airplanes so loudly kept me up at times. Probably it wouldn’t affect others from more urban areas as much. Water was hot, room temperature comfortable, bed and sheets súper and I didn’t feel cramped in the room. One of the few hotels that have a scheduled free shuttle at 2:30 am with about 10 min to arrive at SFO so I am happy. Overall excellent experience.

A pleasant and quiet stay

Close to airport and real handy for SF and Peninsular. No breakfast buffet and pretty limited 'cafe'. More for the business crowd than tourists unless you know the area and revisiting. Worked well for me catching up with people I know locally and a day trip into city.

In the past under Holiday Inn have full services but now under Mariott hotel administration has limited services. Partial food available.

Very clean and quiet. Front desk was nice and helpful.

It is a clean and efficient property. It is minutes from SFO. However, that advantage is negated if the hotel doesn't answer their phone and the "free shuttle" is unavailable. I ended up taking BART and walking to the property (10 minutes and a bit "sketch"). San Bruno is mostly safe and pleasant, but walking through empty parking structures at Tanforan Mall (a truly bleak mall) is not really promising and definitely not for a single woman or anyone after dark.

Great place next the airport

I dont think i have ever stayed at a courtyard marriot. The room was very clean i must say but a lil dark and outdated to me. Its not a modern property. Definitely clean!!

Not too far from SFO and hotel provides free shuttle service. I found myself stranded in SF after a missed flight connection and this hotel eased my mind and picked me up from airport before their check-in time. Room was very nice. Lobby sells frozen dinners and snacks. Rooms have microwaves and fridges. There is a restaurant nearby for fresh meals.

Perfect for quick in and outs

We had the one bedroom suite overnight for our early morning flight the next day. The hotel is a 5 minute drive to the airport, so the free shuttle is very useful. No complaints

The front desk staff was welcoming and professional. I stayed in a room with king bed with fresh clean white sheets, soft fluffy pillows, and a nice balcony. Bathroom was nice and very clean. This will be saved as a “favorite” for the next time I’m in the area.

Nice property, convenient to freeway, and plenty of restaurants nearby. We appreciated having our room serviced without asking. I do wish they would provide at least 2 packets of condiments for coffee in tbe room.
