The room was worn down and needs renovation. Our phone cord didn't attach to the phone, the remote was broken, our bath tub had chunks missing with stains in it, and the toilet ran throughout the night. Almost nothing with our room was functional, and the furniture was dated including the beds.

This place is trash. I wouldn't stay here, especially if you are a family with small/young children or a single mom.

We could hear the person snoring in the room next to us. The other room we reserved for the night the toilet would run every 20 minutes. And while i understand hotels constantly change furniture this place had used stained mattress up against the windows that you could see as you walked by to get to your room

The property did not feel clean. The breakfast was poor. It is in a questionable area.

Had no electric in any outlets and no lights in the room

Pool shut down doesn’t look like it’ll ever reopen. I have bugs in my room scuff marks all over the place dirty walls just was not clean.

The receptionist did not know what he was doing he had to get help from another person she was good. The room was ok but smell and the bed cover had holes. The breakfast was just ad bad we had the identical bottle of .ilk and orange juce both days. We left a day early.

Lock broken. No key available for room. Employee had to open door if we left together. Bed spread had at least 4 holes in it. Verified with front desk that they were aware of it. Freezer I defrosted with red soda or juice spilled in it.

This property is very clean and the staff work hard to make your stay pleasant. This is an old property with some maintenance issues but the staff switched our rooms right away when we had trouble. The room we ended up in was great. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The lobby smelled of spices.

They have an issue with their doors working properly. The staff didn't communicate this issue and made us think we weren't going to be able to get in our room. When they let us in proceeded to tell us not to lock it or go out one door as if we shouldnt of known this. Why stay at a hotel that doesn't guarantee you can go in and out of your room?

Second floor room. No elevator. No help. We’re both in late 70s. Bathroom tub was filthy, television didn’t work, no switch on bedside lamp. Never stay here again.

No hot water and plumbing fixtures leaked badly. Breakfast bad as well

Like: The room was pretty clean except for some thick dust in areas that you wouldn’t normally see. The towels were really nice and softer than other places. And all the lights and A/C worked fine. As for the negatives, besides the TV not working and the handle coming off the sink, I’ll add pictures to show that some things need work.

Pool not in service, no hot water in room, had to be moved. No fresh towels or linen offered, short staffed according to large sign.

Not the freshest up to date hotel BUT for the purpose it worked out very well. Practically felt like I was the only one there the whole time, and felt safe and comfortable. Had to leave before breakfast was open every day but im sure it was good grab and go for food or cereals from what I saw when I checked in the first day. 5 stars from me because I like simplicity and peace. I really would have appreciated automatic doors. You have to pull open to get in and it sucked trying to get through because the doors have so much tension to shut back. Two sets of doors like that to get in.

Just seems like an older building. Breakfast could have been better.

This place should be removed from Expedia and I will be contacting for a refund. Checkout was at 11:00AM. At 10:38 people were knocking on my mother’s door, who was alone in her room. The room was nasty and the lobby had a strong odor for food that was not being served at the hotel. Breakfast was not nutritious, everything nearly out of order or expired. The vending machine was stocked with 5 candy bars, amongst something that could hold 200 product. TV didn’t work in our room, heard others in the lobby complain about theirs as well. There was a cart for luggage but that was pointless when on the 2nd floor and no elevator in the building. The one time I used the toilet it flooded from the base of the toilet. My memory fades me but I’m embarrassed I let my family stay here.
