Two people in our group were mistakenly booked under the wrong names.
The front desk staff coldly and firmly said we couldn’t stay at first.
On top of that, they took an aggressive attitude, saying, “This is Canada!”
We were eventually able to stay, but that initial interaction made us feel like all the services would be bad, and we couldn’t enjoy our stay.
What customers need is not blame, but solutions. Treat people with courtesy!
