Booked the hotel and called ahead to reserve a folding cot for a third person in the room. Was reassured it would be ready. When we showed up, the person at the desk denied the cot saying it wouldn’t fit in the room.
Bad communication.
When I called and spoke to the manager of the hotel, she was rude and combative blaming Expedia. When I gave the specific date and time I called the front desk, she seemed more personable. But it was a struggle.
