It’s Disney. You pay a premium price but you receive great customer service clean rooms and great perks

My least favorite of all the on property hotels. The remodel is nice and the building is clean with the great maple there it is also a nice addition to eat at.

The new Pixar place is amazing! We loved it!

It was wonderful and the staff was extremely friendly. I just would like to see a better elevator system and in room dining.

Construction began at 6a and elevators in the morning added 20-30 min to our waiting times. It’s going to be great once it’s done though!

Great stay. As expected, not to much time was spend in the room or hotel - we were at Disney.

I liked the way the staff behaved, as well as the location of the hotel close to Disneyland. The kids loved the water slide.

The timing for us with the renovations was unfortunate. It just wasn’t pretty. However, the sweet cast member who checked us in was absolutely wonderful.

Excellent place to stay with your family. I will be returning.

Our favorite part is how convenient to the parks that it is, but we also love the Disney attitude of "welcome". The staff was all so pleasant and helpful as usual.

Right next to Disneyland and California adventure so it made our trip simple and easy. Love everything about out mud stay.

We've stayed twice before and it's always convenient and comfortable. The shower drain wasn't draining and they got on it right away!
