I got there at 5 pm and my room wasn’t ready i had to wait the beds are not comfortable

The hotel is very good. Just feel that needs to be unkept or small changes like key cards for the rooms. Seems that they are a bit outdated with that system.

I’ve been coming to Barcelo since the late 1990s, and it has consistently delivered a great experience. The hotel offers exceptional customer service, unbeatable value, and a prime location. This time, I returned for a wedding reception held at the hotel and decided to stay overnight. Though it had been a while since my last visit, the moment I arrived, all the wonderful memories came rushing back. Barcelo continues to feel like a home away from home—reliable, welcoming, and timeless.

This is very nice location some of staff are completely rude. For the most part they’re all incredible human beings.

We always stay here when we are in town . Feels like home away from home.

Overall satisfied w/ the exception of someone trying to get in our room at 8pm. The next morning we advised Guest services,response was that they were trying to give us something complimentary however didn’t say what it was said would be delivered next night nothing came. So appears someone assumed we would t be in the room and attempted to get in X2
