The bed is soo bad and uncomfortable.

I think the hotel rating is incorrect. the room where I stayed does not meet the criteria as a superior room of a 4 star hotel, yet to use the word "Plus" on its name, since the bed is actually not a bed. It's a platform bed with a very thin and low quality mattress (you can feel the plywood when you lay down on it), where people in the village used to wear and it does not give any comfortable experince at all. the hotel should improve the rooms with comfortable beds to be classified as a 4 star hotel. I feel dissapointed and definitely will not come again to this hotel nor to recommend it to my family/friends.

Bad Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi in the lobby is fine, but in the rooms it's quite slow, and it keeps spinning. I hope the Wi-Fi improves.

Location is good, 5 minutes walk to train, close to CBD area. The hotel is kind of bit old however, they don't provide any toiletries except for toilet paper. Else everything is OK.

The room is spacious enough compared to the other hotels with similar price in Hong Kong. There's also a portable charger above the bed. The bathroom is also clean.

So far good, it's in the middle of Kowloon, only when checking in there were no towels, had to ask the receptionist.

Such a pleasure to stay here. Don't expect too much about the room because it seems the price is worth for the location. It's located in central TST nearby k11 musea and Avenue of Stars Hong Kong, subway station and etc., and buses from the airport stop in front of the hotel! The staff so helpful and kind.

Strategic location near MRT and taxi can stop in front of the hotel. However, the room is cramped. Paying a lot with a double bed sign, it turns out the size is not a queen bed, so it's cramped for four people. Better to go to another hotel, pay 2 rooms than 1 room that is very cramped, there are insects so you wake up with 2 insect bites. Then the mattress is very hard, the shower faucet is easy to break, the room is damp, then the garden view in question is the neighbor's garden. Breakfast is simple, and cannot be packed. Leave your luggage overnight, pay 10 dollars per suitcase. The elevator is cramped. Totally very disappointing. Will not come here again.

One day I forgot to leave the makeup room sign and the hotel did not clean my room. I always think that daily cleaning should be done regularly every day and not wait for the guest to leave the sign.

The location is good, but the bed is hard

As expected from reviews online, room was small and aged. We chose to stay there just for the sake of its strategic location since we won't be spending much time in the room. Walking distance to Avenue of Stars and many restaurants. What I hate the most is the bathroom 🤢

Good location on the road but not very soundproof. Noisy from other rooms. Clean bathroom. Hot water and hot quickly. Only towels provided. You have to buy other things yourself. But I was impressed.

The large family room for 4 people is very small, 2 beds are only 1.1m or 1.2m. The toilet is also very cramped, the room is old. The location is extremely central and convenient. Bus A21 from the airport stops right at the hotel door but takes a long time. Uber 208-280hkd/trip depending on the time or during peak hours. Walk to nathan road, harbour city, k11 museum ok

This hotel only has good location, but room and cleanliness really terrible. Better stay at other hotel, I suggest.

This is the worse Hotel in Hongkong, some disappointed things you should consider before make the reservation on this Hotel : 1. The receptionist doesn’t speak English 2. Room is so dirty and Old 3. They only untidy the room if you’re insist and inspect it by yourself 4. Lift facilities is not for all floors 5. The price they charge is way higher than what you get 6. Bad smells are almost everywhere 7. Hotel staffs are not friendly, and they are rude
