Convenient location to do various things in Newport The staff was very welcoming The breakfast was a plus

In town for a night for the Newport 10miler. This worked perfectly for us.

This was the third time we stayed here. It's okay. The hot breakfast was terrible.

Outdated hotel., has most amenities though. Bedsheets smelled dirty, and bathroom was dirty..

Food was left by the previous guest in the fridge. The pillows were small and lumpy and basic items were missing.

The rugs are dirty you can smell the mode child’s asthma acting up whole time. It was st patrick weekend I understood but no cut off time for the noise kids ran all night. My tv stop working they fix it then went out again. Then ran out of towels. I will never return. The place needs to be remodel.

Great location. Easy access in and out and close to everything. The room was cleanz comfy and relatively quiet. Housekeeping forgot to make up the bed one nigtlht, but not a showstopper. The whirlpool tub in the room was nice!. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was decent. The place could use a fresh coat of paint but other than that, it was nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

The jacuzzi tub (only in some rooms) was comfortable and spacious for two people; the jets were strong and the water was plenty hot. In addition the hotel has a nicely heated pool inside a glass greenhouse, so you can enjoy some sun even on very cold days. The prices in the winter were very reasonable and it's a great place to go and be warm for a while; I would go back. The free breakfast had pretty good hot sausages and eggs in addition to the usual cold and make-your-own food. The only drawback is that the room layout is a bit awkward; there was no closet, and there was really no suitable table or other surface for two people to eat a meal together in the room. Overall it was a very positive experience in spite of that.
