Better than I remembered, centrally located with all services and reasonable price. Very friendly trilingual staff. Room for ski lock-up however selfish guests with their unfortunate actions left their keys on unlocked ski and snowboard rails that limited other people’s use of them. Not the hotel fault, but a better system could be applied. Many improvements to the rooms, super comfy and love the feather bed. I will come again!

Front desk attendant was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a little maintenence/facelift. It's ski in, and about a 3 minute walk down to pedestrian gondola. Breakfast was good, hot tubs were more like warm tubs and access was a bit sketchy due to ice on walkways (no getting around that i guess). Averaged $750/night, kind of pricey for what you get, $500 would be a better price for what you get. All in all a nice spot.

Staff were very kind, but clearly management has given them no authority to address major concerns of guests… like no running water in the rooms for 2 days!!! No offer to move rooms or even reimburse a night!

I loved the rooms with separate living and dining with a full kitchen. Very close to all restaurants and activities. Love it

Room furnishings and bathroom are worn, needs refresh. Fireplace didn’t work. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware and cutlery. Staff experience was mixed: some friendly, some not. Ski storage is unsecured, buried in the underground garage; very difficult to lug skis up to street level wearing ski boots. There are better choices closer to the main gondola or cabriolet entrance.

The property was great for our family of 5

The property is in a perfect location to access the ski hill. The kitchen is perfect for meal prep. The buffet breakfast included with our stay was definitely a highlight and a very nice amenity. The staff, especially Kevin at the front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly. We will definitely come back!

2 bedroom suite was extremely rundown for the price we paid. Carpets were old and there was a lamp hanging so low that my kids kept hitting their heads on it. On the positive side, even though room was pricey but at least the breakfast was included. Also, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is in the prime location (pedestrian village) very convenient in terms of not needing your vehicle.

Good option to stay for a ski trip. Near the small town and very close to town lift.
