The staff here is fabulous and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and spacious. They will give you a refresh if you're there are for a couple days. My only complaint was this. During the refresh the cleaning lady seemed to be in a little bit of a rush and forgot to give me toilet paper. I assumed she would have checked but she did not. That was the only thing that was icky. I fortunately was able to run down to the front desk to get more toilet paper when needed. Overall a great location to stay at with many amenities

The highlight of this stay was the hotel staff who all went above and beyond and did it with a smile and kindness! Every person we encountered wanted to help however they could. The 2 bedroom set up was exactly what we needed to be together and maintain privacy. We will stay again!

Everything was great with very nice service and stored super closed to the hotel

Very close to Mall of America. Also appreciated the outdoor seating area and basketball court, definitely would've used these areas if the weather had been warmer.

The stay was very nice. Overall the room was conformable and clean except for a couple little things. Staff was nice and helpful. I was not made aware at checkin that they charge $10 per night for parking.

We were traveling as a family and wanted 2bedrooms and a kitchen. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room and hotel itself is in need of updates.

We were not notified that the in-house restraunt was closed for a private party.

I’m from Wisconsin the only thing I didn’t like is that you have to pay for parking at the hotel.

The staff was great!

Ran my fingers across the bathroom counter when we arrived and it left white residue on my fingertips, had to wipe down the counter myself. One of the towels had a crusty stain on it. Lotion/sink tray definitely hadn’t been cleaned either. Market snacks and drinks were outrageously priced. Only good thing was the breakfast spread.

The windows were very drafty

It was a great stay. We will return.

The customer service at this hotel is top-notch. We were surprised to get a two bedroom-two-bathroom suite for an affordable price. Our daughter's flight came in at 11:30pm and they offered shuttle service for airport pickup for that time. The shuttle driver went home sick however the front desk staff immediately called a Lyft and she was picked up at the airport without a hitch! Complimentary breakfast was great!!! Will definitely stay here again when we are in the airport area.
