I had a serious family obligation come up and needed to cut my trip one day short. Expedia told me they would get back to me and that I should be expecting to hear from them in regards to getting a refund on my last night. Nobody called anybody and nobody emailed me in regards to what I felt needed to be taken care of. I checked out at a reasonable time. I did what I was supposed to do and I am not pleased. The hotel I was at was under great construction the shower door, barely even hung on the shower, and honestly, the two star rating was pretty generous. Overall, probably worst hotel experience I’ve had.
