This is pretty cost effective place with free breakfast, though having a bit poor facilities. Overall, not bad price-wise.

Hotel was not very clean.

Hotel was decent however the entire hotel smelled like marijuana. I don’t mind marijuana personally but don’t care to smell it all night long and on every hall.. needs more monitoring.

This property is close to everything in Atlanta, but the customer service and the breakfast was in a class of its own. Parking was free too. The hotel and its surrounding was clean

I love the breakfast and how convenient it was to mall and other restaurants and legoland definitely will book again this hotel was my go to everytime

Friendly staff and nice clean room. Love that there are, actually, king sized pillows on he king sized bed.

We did a trip quick to Atlanta. But enjoyed our stay at this hotel

Check-in was fast and easy. There was plenty of parking available. The room was clean and comfortable. No issues with anything during this stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff

Rooms were outdated. Bathroom door latched broke, Issues with the TV. The second room we had the refrigerator wasn’t working. The staff was great from the front desk, housekeeping & well as maintenance.

Property close to my appointment. Easy to get on the highway.

We booked this property with the understanding that it’s not a 5-star hotel and there would be some dinginess to be expected, but this hotel took ratchet to a whole new level. The room had stains everywhere, on the lampshades, towels, and carpet. The bathroom door was broken, there was mold on the ceiling, the handle to the sink was broken, they provided a half roll of single ply toilet paper. The water fountain in the lobby was broken. The elevator buttons had a mind of their own. They lock the entrance after a certain hour which creates the perception it’s in a dangerous area. Would not stay here again.

Room 607....shower head was loose

They were having some kind of key issue, we had to get our keys remade 3 times because they stopped working. And the staff wasn’t very courteous or kind, someone ran the vacuum right next to where I was taking a conference call and then gave me nasty looks the rest of the morning after I said something.

Overall, it seemed to be well cared for by staff. All staff members were excellent! This was great because good customer service and pleasant social skills are rare today!

Great location, had a comfortable stay. The hotel could use an update.

Hotel is aged and need a renovation in carpets, bathroom and elevators. Good breakfast.
