Hospitality was excellent. Staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Extremely clean and very quiet. Great amenities.

Travelocity never sent info to hotel. I had to make another reservation at property. I will call my credit card company and dispute all your charges, and will never use you again

The only issue was with the hotel next door. They blocked my car in with asphalt and trucks so I had trouble moving my car.

Reasonably priced, clean, nice rooms, felt safe, kind and polite staff, okay breakfast, good pool. We would gladly stay here again.

The room was clean and neat. The bathroom was clean as well. The air conditioning was great as well. The only issue I saw was that no housekeeping was done. Maybe it was my mistake if the process was different.

This was a clean no-frills hotel. Good name for hotel, it kinda says it all. Clean, sufficient, had all necessities. This is for those who are not looking for luxury but for basics at reasonable price. Low end furniture, but bed was comfortable. Good Stay..Good Staff.

All of the negative comments stem from the hotel knowingly letting a homeless woman (they claim is a resident) squat behind a bush right next to the entrance we are using. We mentioned it to 3 different staff members and they all claimed that she was a resident. Resident or not, her presence is both strange and creepy. The smell of whatever she was smoking fill the surrounding area next to the entrance. If you removed her being there and staff not addressing it properly, the rating would have been very good.

My only real disappointment was finding out there wasn't a workout room. My daughter needed to keep her XC workouts going while we were away. Staff was great. Especially a man named Jonathan. Always welcoming and smiling and ready to help qith everything we needed.
