Lovwly hotel in a great location beside the highway. Lots of restaurants around to grab a bite. Plus they had snacks in the lobby for purchase and a free hot breakfast that was great. They had a good size mini fridge and microwave. The room was clean and comfortable. Strong AC. Lots of pillows. TV had a lot of stations, too. Friendly enough staff.

Microwave and washroom were dirty . Boil water advisory came on after I arrived. They did not tell anybody. It was not until I came down for breakfast and found no coffee, juice or water. I asjed why and they told me. I used water in my room the night before and made coffee in the morning. Staff was very irresponsible. They had no plan to deal with the issue. Very unprofessional.

Thick layers of dust under the chair in the suite, rusted out electric heaters. Only one garbage bin. Second time I’ve stayed here and most likely the last. Guests below and three dogs in their room that were barking loudly at 6:30am Not worth $250/night.

Definitely recommend. Found it to be clean and quiet and has a good variety of standard options for breakfast. There are places to eat within walking distance.

Housekeeping started the vacuum in the hall on our floor at 8:30am and was banging the vacuum off of each guest room door to, what can only be assumed, wake up all of the guests that weren’t up yet because ‘she was alone’ and needed to start right away. Our checkout wasn’t until 11am but we were forced to wake up and get out at 8:30am so that she could finish her job earlier. Both the cleaning staff and the front desk staff were unbelievably rude about it and felt justified to treat their guest like this. We travel often all over Ontario for our business and have never been treated so poorly. We will never stay at this hotel again simply due to the staff.

Room was spacious and nicely renovated; however, we found dead flies on all the windowsills and the floors needed to be swept.

Perfect for a one night stay with direct access to the highway & food options. Comfy bed, super kind service and clean building and room!

Clean and friendly. Bed a bit soft and the hot/cold backwards but good once the puzzle was solved! :)

This property charged me $40 plus tax as a pet fee. That’s ridiculous. I found this property on Expedia and in my search I put pet friendly so the pet fee should’ve been made aware to me upfront.

So close to hwy,401, which was great

Just as you'd expect from the comfort inn. I forgot my bag so the front desk was kind enough to give me the necessary toiletries.

Toilet did not flush. Had to get another traveller I knew to figure out why. The water to the toilet was shut off. Had to open the metal tap in the floor. Then the water in the shower was ice cold. My daughter was shivering the entire time. I did not sgower due to the cold water. already Opened soap which was previously used , placed back in the soap plastic. I voiced nicely my concerns to the front desk. She apologized and said she’d make notes. Wont be staying here again
